Rhode Island Outdoor Spectrapro Polyester Flag – 3’x5′

The Rhode Island state flag is a symbol of hope. The gold anchor surrounded by stars has been the only design Rhode Island has ever used, though the original flag had a blue background. The flag constantly varies between not having, and having fringe around the edges of the flag.
